Basic Education

Prior to 1972 the managers of the primary residences of the erstwhile surroundings of Uttar Pradesh work in the work area to work regularly. The basic objective of this Act was to control the process of formation, coordination and imparting of basic / basic / primary education in other schools of the state except high schools and inter colleges. By this act, an autonomous body named “”Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council”” was constituted under the chairmanship of the Director, Basic Education. The Basic Education Council regulates the appointment, transfer and posting of teachers of basic primary schools, determines the school timings, and recognizes private schools providing basic/primary education in the state.
