Progress Review Meeting of Magh Mela

Under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner, Shri Sanjay Goyal, the progress review meeting of Magh Mela works was held on December 28, 2021, in which a suggestion to get verification of facility slips (Suvidha Parchi) done henceforth from the same organizations which were given those facilities was given. The Commissioner said that this would not only ensure that the facilities provided by the administration are reaching the respective organizations, but would increase transparency. He said if the facilities availed by the institutions are verified by them (along with administrative officials and Third-party agency) before the end of Magh Mela, it will further increase check and balances.
