Rural Engineering

The Rural Engineering Department has been established in 1972 in order to make development of Urban & Rural areas with all Qualitative Execution of work in all Engineering aspects. Rural Engineering Department is a government department under the Rural Development Department, which does not have any basic budget of its own. The works proposed in various schemes by the public representatives and the works approved in other schemes are executed by the department according to the standards and specifications of the Public Works Department.
